Modern production line for the automotive industry from TMA AUTOMATION

 

One of our newest pieces of equipment is an advanced production line dedicated to the automotive industry. It is designed for the assembly of electronic components, which we clean, test and mark as part of the traceability function. The production line consists of nine stations, and only one person is needed to operate it, significantly reducing operating costs.

The production line is characterized by a compact design, which allows it to be easily integrated even into limited production space. This makes it ideal for companies that want to optimize their production processes without having to make major infrastructure changes.

 

Production line functions

Our production line is equipped with a number of features to guarantee the highest quality and efficiency of production processes:

  • Electrical testing: We check each component for functionality and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Plasma cleaning: Plasma cleaning technology ensures that all contaminants are removed from component surfaces.
  • Blowing: Effective removal of fine dust particles and other contaminants.
  • Subassembly: Precise and efficient assembly of workpiece components
  • Resin protection: This process provides protection for components from mechanical damage and external influences.
  • Vision quality control: the vision system allows detection of any defects and irregularities.
  • Separation of defective workpieces: Workpieces that do not meet quality requirements are automatically rejected.
