Cartesian robots (top entry) are TMA Automation’s flagship product, produced in series. In Poland, we are the only manufacturer of this type of solution produced in series. The highest quality mechanical and electronic components, well-thought-out design solutions, and solid construction minimizing vibrations during operation make our products compete with the best solutions of leading global brands.

The characteristic features of our Cartesian robots are:

Intuitive programming, i.e., a clear and intuitive interface that allows for easy programming of the robot’s work cycle.

The use of helical gears and racks in combination with linear bearings provides very high precision and reliability of work.

Drives based on servo motors, providing high speed and acceleration of up to 4 m/s2.

The integrated control cabinet mounted directly on the robot arm saves valuable space in the production hall.

Selected robot models are equipped with a telescopic arm with a range of up to 2.8 m and high working dynamics.

Each robot can be equipped with an individually designed gripper adapted to the shape of the product.

A work status indicator visible to the operator, indicating the mode with color: work, service, and emergency.
