It consists of 6 assembly stations where various assembly operations are performed. Each station performs a specific activity, making it possible to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. This makes the production process faster and more efficient.
Two robots are used for assembly, enabling automatic and precise placement of components on the tests. These robots are programmed to perform different operations, enabling the production of various laboratory tests.
After the assembly process is completed, each test undergoes detailed quality control by a vision system. Parameters such as assembly correctness and dimensional accuracy are checked at this station. In case of any irregularities, the test is placed in the container for defective parts.
The entire laboratory test assembly station is designed to enable a fast and precise production process, while ensuring high quality and error elimination.
